Miranda Hill is Vice President and Manager for Wells Fargo’s Digital Innovation Lab. Her team is responsible for managing an innovation practice that focuses on experimenting with disruptive solutions for banking experiences of the future.

The lab’s mission is to spark ideas among Wells Fargo Team Members, inspire re-imagined experiences, and enable a deliberative test-and-learn environment. To do this, Miranda and her team focus on key opportunity areas, provide methodologies and frameworks to enable low-risk experimentation, foster and evangelize innovation across the enterprise, and collaborate with both internal and external tech communities.

Miranda was recently named by Bank Innovation an “Innovator to Watch”, a list celebrating 30 key executives shaping the financial services industry.
